Reviews
Service was a bit slow and forgot us.
Food was okeyish but sides weren't as described.
Location was too good for this kind of service.
Great place to try the classics. Food tastes great and very nice and pleasant staff who never let you wait long and always tend to your needs. Situated away from the rush of the centre of you want a quiet taste of Vienna.
Super cool place that’s sorta tucked back. We found it while walking around Vienna to decide what to do and where to eat. The service was outstanding and the food was to us quick. It was delicious and the portions were huge. We weren’t able to finish all of our food. It was quiet and everyone was very friendly.
Extremely salty food. Salt was everywhere: pork, beef, even bread was salty.
We didn't ask for a basket of bread but were required to pay 5 loaves 6€.
Even though it's a nice place.
Good and tasty Austrian food, served in really nice outdoor terrace garden, which is shady and cool during the summer heat. Service is friendly and prices were reasonable. It seems that the 1st floor of the building is some kind of theater, and we heard some singing going on. The inside of the restaurant is also really nice and traditional; it looks cozy and warm, which will be good when the weather gets cold.
I would call our experience amazing and I can recommend them to everyone.
We called 10 minutes beforehand and arrived with a group of 30 hungry travelers. This was very short notice from our side, but the staff responded amazingly and was able to provide food well and quick.
The food itself is definitely great, especially with some beer on the side. They deserve all the love they can get and the next time that I am in Vienna, I will visit them again.
The usual: okay food, service - Austrian, meaning "we just work here" don't expect any smiles or extra wishes or politeness which kinda ruins the experience. The worst part is that you get used to it in this town.
We had the veal schnitzel and goulash. Both were amazing! The restaurant felt very homely and traditional with excellent service. Highly recommend
